Swedish Massage

De-stress and unwind during this full-body massage with light to medium pressure. This massage will soothe your body and mind, transporting you to a tranquil state of relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage

$130: 90 minutes / $20 add on

The healing power of heat is combined with traditional massage techniques. Tension melts away as warm stones are used over the entire body, radiating deep into tight muscles and bringing your body into a state of deep relaxation.

Pregnancy Massage

$85: 60 Minutes / $110: 90 minutes

Pre-natal massage shares many of the benefits with regular massage treatments, but is specifically tailored to the changing needs of women during the course of their pregnancy. Pregnancy massage can ease some of the strains and stresses of pregnancy like easing muscular discomfort and muscle tightening that can be experienced throughout the body e.g. calf cramps, upper and lower back pain, easing swelling and edema in the hands, feet or ankles and relieving emotional stress.

Deep Tissue Massage

Find relief from chronic pain, tension and tightness caused by injury or overworked muscles. This therapeutic massage focuses on specific problem areas and combines deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Deep pressure is applied during the massage adjusted to accommodate your comfort level.

TMJD Massage & Body Balancing

Massage is one of many techniques that can help address the cause of TMJ disorders. Whether the pain comes from a jaw injury, arthritis, or simply the fatigue from repeatedly grinding or clenching your teeth, regular massage therapy can make a difference. We balance the entire body in 2 consecutive weekly sessions for a better chance at lasting results. This can be a life changing service.

AromaTouch Technique

The AromaTouch massage technique uses doTERRA essential oils and combines them with a special massage technique. This technique brings the benefits of the oils, as well as the power of the human touch. This combination of essential oils, massage therapy, and aromatherapy contributes to a relaxed yet focused mind. It also brings an energetic, healthful energy to the muscles and organ systems. The doTERRA AromaTouch massage is a specialty massage with all the right ingredients!

The Foot Ritual

Magical pampering of those tired feet. This 30-minute foot focused treatment includes reflexology, a hydrating foot massage treatment, and a warm foot scrub. You will walk out on clouds of unicorn dust!

Private Yoga Session

Maybe you are new to yoga, maybe you just like attention to detail, maybe you have certain conditions that are better addressed in a more privatized way; then a private session is what you need. Together we will design a yoga practice geared to suit your particular needs. Whether you a nursing a bruised shoulder, can’t quite figure out how to get past a sticky point or you just prefer to go it alone, together we will customize a practice geared to address your unique goals.

Yoga with a friend

Sometimes trying something new is a little scary by yourself. Sometimes a journey just is not the same without a buddy. This class is desiged for you and a friend. Come experience a yoga class with your best friend designed to make a new or not so new experience one that will keep you both engaged without losing that unique quality that makes you, you.

Due to COVID 19, we ask that all participants wear a mask during the session and bring their own yoga mat. Great care is being practiced for your health and safety. The room will be sanitized thoroughly between sessions. Thank you for your understanding and participation.

Scheduling

Services are scheduled by appointment only. To accommodate today’s busy lifestyle we do often have same day appointments available. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible. All appointments are reserved with a credit card at the time of scheduling.

Etiquette

Here at Reclaim Bodyworks we believe in the respect and safety of our clients and therapists. Inappropriate behavior or requests are not entertained or tolerated. If this occurs the patron will immediately be asked to leave and if appropriate reported to proper authorities. No exceptions.

Age Requirement

We are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 18 require a parent or adult guardian signed waiver and/or accompaniment by a parent or adult guardian for services. Online bookings cannot be made by or for any person under 18 years of age. Please contact the office for further information.

Cancellation Policy

At Reclaim Bodyworks we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, thunderstorms, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment

We ask that you give us a courtesy 48 hour notice when cancelling and appointment to allow ample time for filling the spot however a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours advance notice, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. At our discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing package, membership or gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.
